Meet Our Director
Kevin Colle

A proud Kansas native and K-State Wildcat, Kevin brings a strong background in rural education, leadership, and community development. His experience includes serving as Program Manager at the KSU Rural Education Center, where he managed multi-million dollar federal grant projects, as well as time spent teaching and coaching in rural schools. Currently completing his Master of Science in Community Development at Kansas State University, Kevin also works alongside his family in a multi-generational farming operation—giving him firsthand insight into the economic and cultural fabric of rural Kansas.
