As we gear up for another exciting event in our community—the Big Kansas Road Trip—we are reaching out to invite you to  showcase your talents and spread some joy to our visitors and explorers.

We are hosting a special Welcoming Downtown Tree Decorating as part of the Big Kansas Road Trip festivities. We're inviting you to reserve a welcoming tree downtown and decorate it with your unique touch, using only a welcoming theme.

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your creativity, contribute to the festive atmosphere of our downtown area, and extend a warm welcome to visitors from near and far.

Here are the details:

• Reserve a welcoming tree downtown by April 25. The tree "map" can be found below.  How do you reserve a tree?  Simply click here to reserve your tree:  https://forms.gle/tyNQUfztsqMuHZ9j6

• Decorate your tree by May 1 using a welcoming theme. Let your creativity shine!  No need to do lights, unless you want to!  Most explorers will be coming through during daytime hours.  

• Your decorated tree will be prominently displayed during the Big Kansas Road Trip, from May 2-5, 2024.
